Our Team
At Build Fourth, we owe our success to our exceptional team of construction professionals. With decades of collective experience in the industry, our on-site and administration staff possess the knowledge and expertise required to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.
Our team is led by our Company Director, Bryce Nicholson, a fourth-generation builder with over 30 years of experience in the field.
We are committed to delivering high-quality projects to our clients, and every member of our team, from our company director to our newest apprentice, shares this dedication and passion.
Bryce Nicholson
Director
Bryce has over 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. Starting his carpentry apprenticeship in 1989, Bryce has moved on to complete a number of different roles within the industry starting from Apprentice Carpenter, Carpenter, Site Supervisor before transitioning into management overseeing projects from site setup to completion. Bryce has extensive experience overseeing projects from $200k to $9M and has a very hands-on approach.
Britt O’Brien
Contract Administrator
Britt has over a decade of experience in the Construction Industry and is a well organised and efficient administrator. Britt is renowned for her strong attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the building industry. Britt is a key member of the Build Fourth team and has completed contract administration for many successful commercial projects.
Brooke Nicholson
Office Administration & Accounts
Brooke is responsible for all of the ‘behind the scenes’ tasks at Build Fourth, she assists with administration support to Bryce and Britt and also manages the accounts. Brooke has worked within the Construction Industry for 20 years.
